1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Better Group s.r.o., with its registered office at Nevädzova, 821 01 Bratislava – Ružinov district, Company ID (IČO) 51 441 390, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, Section Sro (hereinafter “we”). We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.
2. What data we process
We only process data you provide to us yourself or that is generated when you use the website:
- identification and contact details – name, company name, Company ID (IČO), e-mail, phone, city (contact, training order),
- the content of communication – messages you send us by e-mail or via a form,
- technical data – IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and time of visit (cookies and analytics tools).

We keep enquiry data for 12 months from the last communication. Data related to contracts and invoicing for 10 years under the Accounting Act. Data processed on the basis of consent until it is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years. Analytics data for the lifetime of the individual cookies (section 7).
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data. It is accessed only by our employees and suppliers who need it to provide the service: hosting and e-mail, accounting, e-mailing tools (Ecomail) and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta). Some providers may process data outside the EU; we secure such transfers with standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to office@betterpixels.sk; we will reply within 30 days. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
